Urine is from blood filtered through the kidneys. The urine drops to the ureter and goes to the bladder. Urine is made up of water, stools such as urea, salts like urates, ammonia, extra vitamins (B and C), minerals, proteins (creatinine), fats, carbohydrates and drugs that are eliminated from the body.

We want good quality of urine because it means that the impurities are removed from the body.
The normal frequency of urination is 7 times in 24 hours. But 4 to 10 is fine. the normal volume or urine output when measured is 800 ml to 2000 ml per 24 hours. Drink about 2 liters or 8-10 glasses of water daily.

The color of urine is yellow because it is derived from blood pigment.
