Benefits of Potato
There are so many benefits that come from eating sweet potato (sweet potato). It is good for heart, eyes, stomach, diabetes and obesity. It's also cheap and can be purchased all year long.
1. Has beta-carotene or provitamin A for the eyes, heart, nerve blockade and lack of blood flow to the heart and head veins, and to immunity.
2. The sweet potato is suitable for diabetics because of its low glycemic index and gradually increases blood sugar. It can also be for athletes, who are working hard or who are sick.
3. Sweet potatoes are a great way to slow down because you are low in calories, have a long bow so you can't eat much.
4. There is a protease inhibitor that can help prevent cancer.
5. There is iron and vitamin C mixed in one vegetable.
6. With kidneys stones, the sweet potato has calcium oxalate so be careful not to eat too much.
7. Sweet potatoes are good for the stomach because they help promote healthy stomach bacteria such as Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus which cause stomach upset and diarrhea.
