Avoid Toxic Foods (Food Poisoning)

 Avoid Toxic Foods (Food Poisoning)

1. View the expiration date. Do not eat product beyond the expiration date or "Best before" date.

2. Cook food well before eating. Do not eat raw. There are those who love medium rare steaks, those with blood. Alas, many worms can live there like beef and pork tapeworms. Cook the steak well.

3. Smell, look and taste the food first. If the food smells sour, do not spit it out. If it tastes like a cockroach, throw it out.

4. Choose hot food. Freshly cooked foods such as boiling broth are safer. Hot tea is also good as a drink.

5. Choose dry food. Dishes with sauce, especially those with milk or honey, break down quickly. To be safe, just eat fried meat or grilled fish.

6. Limit foods with milk. Cheese whiz, cheese pimiento, mayonnaise and coconut salad are easy to cook. If you can't control yourself, eat less.

7. Just choose what to eat. I know when we feast, we tend to taste all the food. It seems like there is no tomorrow. That's why, if there is a sour dish, you will definitely be affected, because you ate it all. To be safer, just take a few types of food.

8. Drink clean water. Can be bottled, purified or boiled water. Do not venture into tap water. We are not sure how clean it is and can cause typhoid, amebiasis and cholera. It is dangerous and can be deadly.

9. Beware of street vendors. I know fish ball, squid ball and queck-queck are delicious. But we cannot guarantee the cleanliness of these products.

10. So it is better to just eat at home. Wash hands before and after eating. Use soap and rub hands and nails thoroughly for one minute. Also teach children hygiene.
