Constipation: Remedies
To avoid constipation or constipation, try these tips. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. Move your body. Train yourself to defecate on time.
Fruits and vegetables are a great help in softening the stool. Eat fruits such as papaya, watermelon and pear. Also eat a variety of high-fiber vegetables. Here is what you can try:
1. Green vegetables such as spinach, spinach, pechay, horseradish and sweet potato. Vegetables are high in fiber which helps in regular bowel movements. Spinach contains magnesium, which accelerates bowel movements.
2. Okra - In vegetables, okra has a unique effect to soften the stool. Okra is a viscous liquid that lubricates the passage of feces. Foods high in fiber, such as vegetables, fruits and oatmeal, need to be diluted with water to make the stool soft. Try to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water or liquid a day. When you are dehydrated, your stool will definitely harden.
There are other foods high in fiber such as brown rice. But if you are not used to eating it, you may have diarrhea. Slow down to eat it to get your stomach used to it. Hopefully these tips will help cure your constipation.
