Heart Disease and High Blood Pressure: How to Avoid It?

Heart Disease and High Blood Pressure: How to Avoid It?

Doc, what causes heart disease?

According to the American Heart Association, there are 9 causes of high blood pressure and heart disease and heart attack:

1. Aging. High blood pressure is increasing as we get older.

2. Men. Men are more likely to have high blood pressure and heart disease, so they should be more careful and check up early. More men smoke, drink alcohol and do not want to check up.

3. Family race. High blood pressure can be inherited from parents. If you have a relative who died of heart disease early (less than 50 years old). You should also consult your doctor.

4. Salted and fatty foods. Salted food raises blood pressure and gives legumes. Fatty foods, on the other hand, cause blockages in the arteries of our heart and brain.

5. Obesity. As a result, the heart pumps blood more forcefully. Our heart can be compared to a car engine. If you load the car with 2 tons, its engine and tires will be damaged. So is our body, when you carry fat and 30 pounds, it is as if you are carrying 30 pounds. Your heart and knees will be destroyed immediately.

6. Inactive lifestyle. Be moving and agile. Use a staircase. If you lack exercise, you are more likely to gain weight.

7. Too much alcohol. Drinking alcohol also has a detrimental effect on our heart, liver, stomach and brain.

8. Smoking. It narrows the veins and causes our blood to flow poorly.

9. Stress or tension. Stress can increase the pressure caused by extreme physical, emotional, and emotional stress. Don’t worry, be happy.

Note: If the aforementioned causes are reduced or altered, many diseases can be avoided.
