How to reduce big stomach? What to do


Many of us have problems with growing stomach, especially as we age. If you are overweight or lack exercise, your stomach can also expand. What can we do to reduce it?


Here are some tips to reduce big stomach:

1. Drink a glass of water before eating. Water is filling and you can eat less.


2. Eat more often but in small amounts. A banana or apple can be used as a snack.


3. Reduce rice intake. If you used to have 2 cups of rice, just make 1 cup of rice.


4. Eat slower. When you eat slowly, you will feel fuller and you will eat less.


5. Exercise 3 to 4 times per week. Try aerobic exercise for 30 minutes to an hour.


6. Strengthen the abdominal muscles. Learn exercises to strengthen the stomach, such as stomach crunches.


7. Have proper posture. Do not be hunchbacked in sitting and standing.


8. Avoid sugary drinks such as soft drinks, iced tea and juices. It makes you fat and increases the size of the stomach.


9. Eat breakfast every day. When you do not have breakfast, you will be more hungry when lunch arrives and you will have more to eat.


10. Reduce alcohol and beer consumption. That makes the stomach bigger.


11. Reduce salty foods. Salt and salt cause the body to heat up.


12. Eat 2 cups of vegetables and 2 cups of fruit daily. Avoid fatty and greasy foods.


13. Walk often and climb 1 or 2 stairs.


14. Reduce stress and get enough sleep.
