 Types of Headache and Proper To Do


1. Tension Headache - Feels like having a headband on the forehead and tight or tight on the forehead and back of the head. When touched the skin, pain in the scalp, neck or shoulders due to stress, anger, anxiety, sadness and nervousness.


2. Migraine Headache - Sometimes, pain in half of the head, dizziness or nausea, sensitivity to light, noise and feeling tired. There are also "aura" or warning signs that seem to be shining or blank spots or different colors are visible.


3. Cluster Headache - The pain that goes to the eyes, face, head, neck and shoulders. Only 1 part experience tears and red eyes, cold, and extreme pain.


Children and teenagers often have headaches for some reason such as stress at school, friends and family. Sometimes, the tooth hurts, or there is an infection in the ear or throat.

Recommendations:


1. If migraine headache, avoid food triggers, eat regularly 3 times in 1 day and drink enough water.


2. Get enough sleep, do not stay awake.


3. When exercising, choose only your body or your light ones.


4. Relaxation technique: massage, meditation, and bathing in warm water can help reduce headaches.


5. Cold compress for headache. Warm compress on painful muscle.


6. Avoid getting too tired, as well as being too cold or hot.


7. Consult a Neurologist doctor if you have severe headache, dizziness, vomiting, unbalanced, high fever, and fainting.
