How to Protect our Health

How to Protect our Health

1. Fruit juice is dense in vitamins.

Fruit juices such as fruit shakes and fruit juices are very nutritious. You can use a blender or juicer to get the juice of fruits such as apples, carrots, watermelon and cucumber. It can be mixed and drunk. Drink only 1 to 2 glasses per day. Also, do not overdo it and you may gain weight.

2. Regularly defecate.

To get rid of dirt or toxins in the body, we need to defecate regularly. It helps if we have diarrhea every 1-2 days. To keep your bowels soft and regular, try eating enough fruits and vegetables. In fruit, 4 P’s softens dirt, such as watermelon, papaya, pears, and prune juice. Vegetables high in fiber that speed up the excretion of feces. High-fiber vegetables are patola, spinach and okra.

3. Get enough sleep to prolong life.

We need 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Sleep is better at night (from 11 PM to 3 AM) compared to sleep in the morning. In our sleep, this is where the body heals and the diseases of the body are removed. If you can't sleep, just try to lie down and close your eyes. This way your body can also relax.

4. Have a General check-up every year.

People who do check-ups every year live longer than people who do not have a check-up. This is because diseases are prevented when they are discovered early. For example, when the tumor, high blood pressure, and diabetes are less severe, the doctor can easily treat it. But when we let the disease have its complications, it is difficult to cure.

5. Take multivitamins daily.

Because we are deficient in vitamins and minerals, such as fast-foods, we can take multi-vitamins every day. Sometimes, we do not notice that the blood volume decreases and we become anemic (low hemoglobin). Sometimes, potassium also decreases and causes heart complications. Consult a doctor to find out which vitamin is right for you.
