 Tired Always? What to do 


If you feel constantly tired and exhausted, some of the causes are work stress, family problems, and much more.


We want to fight fatigue and weakness. So here are some tips to gain strength:

1. When you wake up, give yourself an extra 15 minutes. For praying, stretching, and thinking or meditating.


2. Plan what to do during the day, it can be listed.


3. For energy, eat a complete breakfast such as carbohydrates such as bread or rice. There is also protein in eggs, tapas and chicken. Accompany fruits such as bananas and apples. Avoid sweets.


4. If you can walk or climb a ladder at work, do it. Because exercise provides energy throughout the day while at work. It can also be moved while sitting or doing something, to improve blood circulation.


5. At work, follow what is listed and can be done individually and focus. Think of what is most important and prioritize it. The same goes for going home.


6. Arrange the house to make it look good. Put a lot of colorful and attractive in the house because it provides energy. When what is seen is clear, the mind is also clear


7. Take a bath before bed to feel fresh.


8. Each night, lie down at the same time to get the body used to sleeping. 6 to 8 hours of sleep is possible. You can also listen to music to relax.


9. Also take a vacation or take a walk if you have not been able to leave for a long time.


10. Think positive things or positive thinking. And think you can do things with self-confidence.
