Find out if you are stressed, Check It Out
Stress is our biggest problem today. It causes heart disease, ulcers and body aches. But how do you know if you are stressed?
It's simple. Check these 3 things:
1. Check the wrist. The proper pulse rate for adults is between 70 to 80 beats per minute. If the pulse rate is higher than 80 per minute, it is possible you are under stress. Take a moment to count your pulse and start estimating stress level. To locate your wrist, place the first and second fingers on the wrist near the wrist. And look at your watch and set a timer for 1 minute and count its pulse.
2. Count the breaths. For adults the average breathing is 12 to 16 per minute. If you breathe more than 16 per minute, you may be stressed. Set a timer for 1 minute and count is breathing. Just breathe normally while counting the breath.
3. See other signs in your body. Stress indicates other symptoms in our body. For example, does your stomach feel like it is tangled and sour. Your head hurts. You feel stiffness in your neck and shoulders.
Tips:
1. Breathe deeply and slowly.
2. Stretch and go for a walk.
3. Learn to refuse if you can no longer.
4. Talk to a positive friend.
5. Adjust the mind. It may be a little stressful but it just makes your mind grow.
6. Avoid alcohol, cigarettes and vices.
7. Listen to music and relax.
