Proper Exercise to avoid Strain

Proper Exercise to avoid Strain

A sprain or strain occurs when your tendon is out of shape or torn. Strain often occurs on your ankles, knees and feet. It hurts and swells quickly. In general, if the pain is more severe, it means it is severely damaged.

To Avoid Lame:

1. Warm up to relax and stretch the muscles before starting an exercise. Gradually increase the level of activity for 5 to 10 minutes. If you are prone to muscle pain, apply hot before exercising.

2. Start small - If you want to try a new sport, increase the level of sport slowly over a few weeks.

3. Avoid sports that can be harmful. Do not overwork.

4. Cool down or cool down after exercise.

5. Do cross-training - You can try different activities in the same workout alternating from day one to the next.

Note:

Stop work immediately if you experience chest pain, abnormal heartbeat, dizziness or pallor, difficulty breathing, extreme fatigue, excessive joint and muscle pain and swelling of the joints.
