Tips buying a Food


The public needs to be careful when buying food and preparing it. This is to prevent food poisoning and diarrhea.


1. Buy food at well-known stores. We cannot guarantee the cleanliness of meats, hams, and hotdogs made only somewhere. Make sure you do not buy Double-dead meat and ripe fish.


2. Mark the bottle and container of food ingredients such as salt, sugar, and lard. Also mark household items such as soap, bleach, insecticide and gasoline. Do not set aside such bottles as they may poison your food.


3. Avoid buying expired or expired products. There is no truth in the belief that the expiry date of the product has an allowance of a few more months.


4. Read the cans carefully. It should be labeled (English) and its label should be clear. Read what kind of product it is, where it is made and how long it is safe to eat.


5. Do not buy canned or swollen cans because they may have small holes that can be penetrated by germs.


6. Do not mix raw meat with cooked meat. It is possible that raw meat has germs in your food. Wash the stove, knife and food well.


7. Be clean in your kitchen. Clean cooking utensils. Do not let insects bite.


8. Wash vegetables and fruits in running water.


9. Cook the meat well. There is no need for blood to be found in cooked meat as it is a possible source of germs such as E. coli, salmonella and worms.


10. If the food does not run out for 2 or 3 hours, return it to the refrigerator to prevent spoilage.


11. Do not overheat food. Just get enough food for you.


12. Wash hands before eating and before preparing food. Being neat and clean is our main defense against food poisoning and diarrhea.
