Tips For Beauty
No need to spend too much to get better. Here are some simple tips to make us all healthier and happier:
1. Drink plenty of water - Drink 8 glasses of water daily to keep our skin supple.
2. Relieve stress - It says, “Don't be angry, and you'll grow old.” Easy anger quickly fades away, doesn't it? Eyebrows met and lips dangled. You laugh and you look good.
3. Sleep 7 or 8 hours - You need beauty sleep to avoid eye bags. If you have problems, try to relax before going to bed.
4. Avoid the sun - I know many of our young people love to be beach, but it can ruin your complexion. The sun darkens the skin, causes freckles and can even cause skin cancer due to UV light.
5. Use sunblock - Dermatologists recommend using sunblock daily. Look for SPF 15 or higher.
6. Avoid smoke and dust - This is our big problem - pollution. If you have a budget, just take an aircon bus.
7. Avoid cigarettes and alcohol - Smoking, like smoke, is a staple in our face. Wine, in turn, can irritate the skin.
8. Night lotion - A moisturizer or lotion will help in cleansing the face. Wash your face first, then apply lotion. There is no need to buy expensive brands.
9. Healthy eating - Eat healthy and nutritious fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamins and minerals. Avoid fatty, greasy and gourmet foods.
10. Healthy living - Exercise. Have a hobby. Be busy with good work.
11. Pray and pray for others - When you have a good attitude, your inner beauty will come out.
