Avoid Poisonous Foods (Food Poisoning)

Food Poisoning

1. See expiration date. Do not eat a product beyond the expiration date or "Best before" date.

2. Cook the food thoroughly before eating. Don't eat raw. There are lovers of medium rare steaks, even with blood. Alas, many worms can live there like beef and pork tapeworms. Cook the steak thoroughly.

3. Smell, check and taste the food first. If the food smells bad, don't overdo it. If it is cockroach, take it out.

4. Choose hot food. Newly cooked foods such as boiling broth are safer. Hot tea is also good for drinks.

5. Choose dried foods. Dish sauce can be easily broken down, especially with milk or coconut milk. To be safe, just eat fried meat or grilled fish.

6. Limit dairy foods. Cheese whiz, cheese smoothie, mayonnaise and knuckle salad are easy. If you can't control yourself, eat less.

7. Just choose what to eat. I know when it comes to lunch, we tend to taste all the food. As if nothing was open. So, if you have a dish, you will definitely miss it, because you ate it all. To be safer, just take a few different types of food.

8. Drink clean water. Can be bottled, purified or boiled water. Do not splurge on tap water. We are unsure of its cleanliness and can cause typhoid, amebiasis and cholera. It is dangerous and can be fatal.

9. Beware of street vendors. I know fish ball, squid ball and queck-queck are delicious. But we cannot guarantee the cleanliness of these products.

10. So it's best to just eat at home. Wash hands before and after meals. Use soap and rub hand and nail thoroughly for a minute. Also teach children hygiene. Good luck.
