Difficulty Sleeping

Sleep is a normal process of the body. You can teach yourself to sleep soundly. Here are some tips for sleeping:

1. Have regular bedtime. Sleep at the same time every night. For example, every 9 pm you lie down to train your body.

2. Eat right. Do not be satiated or hungry. It is difficult to sleep if your stomach is boiling. Also avoid spicy foods before bed.

3. Have regular exercise. It is good to sleep when the body is tired in the morning.

4. Avoid drinking coffee. Caffeine, which is obtained from coffee, is a stimulant.

5. Also avoid drinking alcohol. Many people use alcohol to get them to sleep but it has a bad effect on our heart and liver. You are lethargic and also have a hang-over in the morning.

6. Avoid smoking. It contains nicotine which causes cancer and wakes your mind.

7. Do not work after 6 p.m. Stop thinking. Let your brain relax.

8. Relax before bed. You can watch a funny television show or read a magazine or comic.

9. Keep the watches away. Do not take loud clocks that ring every hour. You may be stressed because you will remember that you have not slept yet.

10. Do not schedule an early meeting. If you know you have something to do early tomorrow, you may not be able to sleep at night. This is normal because you are excited.

11. Make your bedroom quiet and comfortable. Reduce noise and crackling on the side. Tie the barking dog. Put the baby to sleep. Make the room dark.

12. Buy a comfortable bed, pillows and blankets. You can mosquito repellent so that mosquitoes do not bite you.

13. Do not point the electric fan at you. Your throat and eyes may become dry. Just let the wind blow around.

14. Drink hot milk or soup before bed. Bananas or cookies are also good at night. Bananas contain tryptophan which is sleepy.
