Warning: Lose weight even without dieting
It is okay to lose weight if you are on a diet. But if you lose weight without dieting, be careful.
There are many reasons to lose weight. If you have problems at work or family, you can lose weight.
The other two conditions that can cause weight loss are diabetes and hyperthyroid. If a person is unable to control diabetes, excess sugar is not absorbed by the body and excreted in the urine.
Hyperthyroidism causes rapid metabolism, thus causing weight loss. Both conditions can be treated.
However, if a person loses 10 pounds without dieting, this is an important sign. Even if the person does not complain of any disease, the patient should be screened for possible cancer or other diseases.
Many cancers are asymptomatic. For example, cancers of the stomach, colon, liver and lungs usually show no signs. In addition, cancer can affect children and the elderly, but it is more common in older people.
Therefore, if you lose weight, see your doctor and have a lab test. Do not worry. If you follow a healthy lifestyle these tests will probably just be normal.
