4. Complete sleep so that the body releases growth hormone. When young people are always awake, they become smaller.

6. Remember that when we reach the age of 21, we will not grow taller. Calcium in our bones accumulates during childhood. When we reach the age of 30, it is difficult to absorb calcium in the body.
