This is the disease in which the blood sugar rises in the blood and it is possible to have complications in the heart, eyes, kidneys and feet.

According to a major study by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute in Maryland, USA, there are 5 ways to prevent diabetes:


1. Do not fertilize. Try to reach your proper weight.

2. Do not smoke.

3. Be active and exercise.

4. Avoid or limit alcohol consumption.

5. Choose healthy foods.


According to Dr. Jared Reis, the author of the study, obesity and the consumption of the wrong foods are the main causes of diabetes.

Tea without sugar Tea with sugar or syrup

Coffee with low-fat milk Coffee with sugar, milk and cream

Please be careful when drinking soft drinks, sweet juices and coffee that can make you fat. A glass of soft drinks is available
