High Blood: Natural Solution
When your blood pressure is always above 140 over 90, it means you have high blood pressure. The optimal blood pressure is about 120 over 80. There are natural ways to lower your pressure:
1. Lose weight. When you are overweight, your blood pressure will increase. If you can lower your weight by 10 pounds, your blood pressure will also drop by 10 points.
2. Cut down on salty foods. Avoid or reduce the use of salt, soy sauce, fish sauce and anchovies. Also reduce eating noodles, moaning, dry and gossip.
