 Proper Drinking of Water


Our body needs 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Water cleanses our body of impurities. We can prevent kidney stones and kidney infections. Water also reduces stomach acidity.

For women, drink enough water to keep your face from wrinkling. Drinking water helps prevent wrinkles. Here is the correct way to drink water:


1. Drink 1 glass of water when you wake up in the morning - All night long, we definitely do not drink so we are a little short of water in the morning. Our urine is also yellow.


2. Drink small amounts throughout the day - Drinking water properly is 3 to 4 sips every half hour. Water cleanses stomach acid. Do not drink 2 glasses of water all of a sudden and it may make your heart ache.


3. Even if you are not thirsty, drink water. Older people do not feel very thirsty, so give them water to drink.


4. When your eyes, throat or nose are dry, drink water as well.


5. Let's teach the children to drink water. For them to grow, they are used to it.


6. Due to the extreme heat in the Philippines, we need to drink plenty of water. When you are dehydrated, it is difficult for your brain to think.


7. Water is the healthiest of all. Reduce your intake of coffee, soft drinks and alcohol. You will only get thirsty for those.


8. If you are sick, drink more water. It can help you fight the flu, fever, cough and cold.


9. For pregnant women, you need plenty of water. Especially for those who are breastfeeding, drink 12 glasses a day, to increase your milk supply. Imagine that you are feeding two.


Just a reminder:

Do not drink more than 16 glasses a day. That's too much. For those with high blood pressure and heart disease, consult your doctor before drinking plenty of water.

Do not worry if you urinate. Just imagine that you can get rid of the dirt in your body. In fact, water may be the only answer to some ailments.
