Eye Bags and Dark Circles: What Cure?


What causes eye bags and tan under the eyes? It is often caused by waking up, lack of sleep, excessive clubs, smoking and drinking alcohol.

As a result, the fats under the eyes are reduced, the veins are damaged and the eyes are darkened.


To reduce eye bags, here are some tips:

1. Sleep 7-8 hours per night. If you can't sleep, just lie down and close your eyes.


2. Cool a few slices of cucumber. Put the cucumber in the ice or refrigerator. Close the eyes and place over the eyes for 15 minutes. Replace the cucumber when it is no longer cold.


3. Tea bags can also be used. Dip 2 tea bags in lukewarm water. Then refrigerate it in the refrigerator. Apply the tea bags to the eyes for 15 minutes. The tannin ingredient in tea helps reduce inflammation and darkening of the eyes.


4. In a hurry, take an ice or chilled spoon and place it in the eye bags. Do this for just a few minutes while the spoon is still cold.


5. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. To prevent the body from being dehydrated.


6. Avoid allergic substances or food. The eye can become swollen with allergies.


7. Reduce stress and do not frown. Have fun to beautify and reduce eye bags.
