Always Farting: Is It Bad?
Did you know that the average person eats 10-25 times a day? Yes, this is normal.
Why do we fart?
Flatulence comes from the air that accumulates in our stomach and intestines. When you smell flatulence, it contains sulfur produced by bacteria.
Flatulence can come from the air entering the mouth (excessive speech) or from food digested by our intestines. It both causes flatulence and comes out as flatulence.
Here Is The Cause of Excessive Stomach (and Flatulence):
1. Swallowing due to prolonged speech or speaking while eating.
2. You eat fast so you do not digest what you eat.
3. Eat candy, chewing gum, and windy foods such as beans, corn, noodles and cabbage. These foods are not bad.
4. Drinking soft drinks and beer. These drinks have air and bubbles so they can make you feel dizzy or flatulent.
5. Someone with lactose intolerance where they have diarrhea when they drink milk. Avoid milk first.
6. A nervous person breathes fast, his stomach boils and he also loses weight.
Symptoms of abdominal bloating are bloating or bloating. The pants are a bit tight, the stomach hurts and you feel uncomfortable. But when you swallow the air in the stomach you will be relieved.
Tips To Always Eat:
1. Reduce the foods I listed above, such as soft drinks and beer.
2. Slow down your diet and talk less while eating.
3. Also reduce the amount of food you eat. If you eat a variety of foods, you can really increase the amount of air in your stomach.
4. Exercise regularly. Exercise improves your bowel movements and you can release more air into your stomach.
5. Reduce stress.
6. Do not sleep facing the electric fan or air con, so that you do not swallow the air.
Note: Farting is not bad. In consideration of the other person, go out of the room first or apologize. For your health, you need to expel excess air in the stomach to relax
