Every New Year we have New Year’s Resolution. Surely many of us will raise cholesterol and weight this new year. But do not worry, friend, we will give you special tips to reduce your weight.


1. For mothers, only in the market choose meats that are low in fat. Separate the fat from the meat before cooking.


2. Grilling and steaming food is healthier than always frying in oil. You can grill meat or steam vegetables such as eggplant, okra. If you want a healthy vegetable sauce, try vinegar, which is still slimming.


3. When using oil, add a little. Let's remember that fat contains calories and can raise your cholesterol.


4. When mixing food, just slowly add salt. Salt is the antidote to those with high blood pressure and heart disease. If you have too much salt you can have high blood pressure and your feet will get sore.


5. When preparing food, buy this small plate. This is definitely a 9 inches plate and do not buy 12 inches. We need to get used to thinking that you only have a few tablespoons of food.


6. And what you put on the plate, that’s all to eat. Holding or second serving is not allowed. Mothers, do not force yourself to consume leftovers. That will make you fat.


7. Before you start eating, you can first drink 1 glass of water to get a little full. You can also drink clear soup. When we drink fluids, we almost convince our brain that we are full.


8. Cut down on eating rice. If you used to eat 2 cups of rice, just make 1 cup rice.


9. Last advice. Just lose weight slowly. Do not starve yourself. Eat small amounts throughout the day, such as apples, bananas or bread, to keep your stomach full.
