Fat Wallet Syndrome:
Another danger of sitting for a long time is the constriction of the nerve in our buttocks. The foot can become numb when its root has been running for a long time. What is the solution?
1. Every 30 minutes sitting, stand for 2 minutes to stretch. If you sit for 1 hour, take a 5 minute walk.
2. Move even while sitting. Stretch the arm while sitting. Move the feet. Tread it down. It helps with circulation and blood flow.
3. Do not do all the exercises at night, but you sit all day. Divide your workout. Exercise a little in the morning and at night.
4. Place the wallet in front of the pants. Do not thicken the wallet and reduce its contents.
5. If you use a computer often, take a break and walk every 30 minutes so that your eyes can rest as well. If you stare at the computer screen for a long time, your eyes and head may ache. Close your eyes for 3 minutes to relax.
