How to prevent asthma


Here are the insights I learned about asthma. You can try it.

1. Add onion and garlic to your diet. They contain quercetin and mustard oil which inhibit the enzyme that causes asthma.


2. Eating spicy, like chili, relaxes the airways in the lungs. It contains capsaicin ‘mukokinetic’ which relaxes sputum in the lungs.


3. When you have asthma, try drinking hard coffee - black coffee. Caffeine is like theophylline drug that opens up the lungs.


4. Eat fish high in omega-3 fatty acids, such as sardines, mackerel, tuna to prevent asthma.


5. Take Vitamin C tablets 500 mg daily or drink calamansi juice.


6. Exercise 3 to 5 times per week. Try to shave and strengthen your arms, chest and back to increase your breathing.


Please avoid them:

1. Soft drinks can cause asthma, especially in children.


2. food seasoning is also bad for asthma. The more food seasoning, the worse the attack.


3. Identify allergies and avoid them. It is usually seafood such as squid, shrimp, crab, and nuts, eggs and chicken. Also beware of medications such as pain relievers and aspirin.


4. Do not eat foods that are irritating like beans, because they are bloated and there will be air in the stomach. It may be difficult to breathe.


5. Avoid air pollution. According to a study by Dr Gerard Hoek of the Netherlands, people living along highways or those exposed to pollution die earlier than people who breathe clean air. Avoid dirty air and places. You can wear a mask to reduce smoke.
