Tips for Allergies, Cough and Sneezing
Allergies are the reaction of our body and immune system to harmful substances, such as pollen (plants), dust, mold (mold) and animal fur.
Here are the tips depending on your allergy:
1. Pollen of plants - Wear a face mask when outdoors. Close windows and doors to prevent pollen from entering the house.
Do not leave hanging on the clothes outside. Pollen can stick to clothes, Also bathe and change clothes if you are from outside or traveling.
Rinse with saline solution using nasal spray to relieve colds and relieve irritation of your nose.
2. Dust and Mold - Limit exposure or exposure to dust. Avoid building buildings. If cleaning the house do this once every 1 week.
Wear a mask when cleaning or just have someone else do it. Wrap the bedspreads and pillows to prevent dusting. It is best to replace some equipment with leather because it is not prone to dust.
Use an exhaust fan in the kitchen and bathroom to prevent mold from settling. Clean the humidifiers regularly. This will help prevent the growth of mold and bacteria that can live in your appliances.
3. Feathers of Animals - Choose pets. Avoid taking care of furry animals. Do not let dogs or cats enter the house especially in your room. If you can't avoid raising a furry animal, make sure it is outside the house. Bathe the pet weekly. Use a swab to help the feathers get there.
See a doctor if symptoms do not go away with these steps. A doctor's prescription medication can reduce or prevent your allergy.
