Tips For Always Being Young
Everyone is getting older. But there are ways to slow down our aging process. Let's find out the ways:
1. Eat breakfast every day. Vegetables, sardines, rice, milk, eggs and fruits are a healthy breakfast. Our body is like a car and we need energy in the morning.
2. Eat a meal with tomato sauce (ketchup and spaghetti sauce) and drink green tea. It is resistant to many cancers such as prostate cancer and breast cancer. Each week, try eating 10 tablespoons of tomato sauce or 150 ml.
3. Eat 2 cups of vegetables and 2 cups of fruit daily. Green vegetables and fruits such as apples, bananas and watermelons are nutritious.
4. Do not overeat any food. Do not be satiated. Eat only moderately.
5. Also reduce the amount of rice. Brown rice and wheat bread are more nutritious.
6. Get married or have a life partner. Married people have a longer life than those who are single.
7. Take care of the dog. There are tests that say that the dog prolongs the life of its owner. This is because the dog gives love to his master.
8. Laugh for 15 minutes every day. Laughter is the best medicine. It makes you happy and removes trouble.
9. Have a good friend. They can help relieve stress in life.
10. Have sex (with your spouse or partner) more often. This advice is controversial but has proven to be true. Having sex is a form of exercise and also reduces stress.
11. Avoid vice and danger. Avoid smoking, alcohol, vigilance and drugs.
12. Sleep 7-8 hours per day. Sleep is what makes our body strong.
