Tips To Keep Your Lungs Healthy


Friend, here are the things that will strengthen our lungs:

1. Quit smoking. This is the number one cause of lung damage. It will even cause lung cancer.


2. Avoid cigarette smoke. When your roommate smokes, you also get the side effects.


3. Avoid car smoke and do not light a yard.


4. If you are riding a motorcycle, wear a helmet and face mask to avoid exhaustion.


5. Beware of work hazard. For example, if your job is as a seamstress, welder or painter, beware of the clothes, the smoke of welding and the smell of paint. Wear Personal Protective Equipment such as face masks, goggles or helmets.


6. If you have allergies, avoid foods that are allergic to you.


7. Make sure your room is clean (no dust and carpet) and air flow is clean.


8. Strengthen your chest muscles. Exercise with a 1 or 2 pound dumbbell in each hand. Strengthen the muscles in the neck, shoulders and chest to absorb more air.


9. Do not rely on lung supplements. It has not yet been proven effective.


10. Eat nutritious foods such as fruits, vegetables and fish. Also get enough sleep.


If you follow these tips, you will avoid many diseases.
