Undigested: Simple Indigestion or Cancer?
We all have moments of indigestion, it may just be natural. But if you feel it often, it may be one of serious illness.
Every person experiences indigestion due to eating foods, overeating or eating too fast. Sometimes, eating mixed foods (sour, spicy, fatty or milk) can cause stomach upset.
Smoking and drinking alcohol can also result in tummy aches. Usually, you just need to take antacid and rest.
To prevent indigestion, I recommend eating less but more often. However, there are other causes that can be more serious.
If the pain starts in the middle of the abdomen, and then runs into the right lower abdomen, it is possible appendicitis.
If the disease occurs in the upper right abdomen and occurs after eating greasy, it may be gallbladder stone or gallbladder stone.
Both conditions need to be seen by a surgeon for possible surgery. Occasionally, the feeling of indigestion may be a sign of an ulcer or stomach cancer.
Symptoms to watch out for include anemia and weight loss. A gastroenterologist may perform an endoscopy to diagnose and diagnose the disease.
