Asthma Solution
Friends, here is our additional advice to reduce your asthma and allergies:
1. Clean the house. Allergies come from dust mites, an insect that is prevalent in our home. Wash bedsheets, pillows and blankets weekly. Expose them to the sun to kill germs and insects.
2. Avoid all smoke. Smoking and cigarettes are strictly forbidden. Let all relatives and friends know that smoking is not allowed in you. Also avoid smoke from vehicles.
3. Eat fruits and vegetables that strengthen our veins and lungs. Eat more oranges, oranges, apples, grapefruit, grapes and blueberries. It is also possible to take Vitamin C tablets 500 mg per day.
4. Eat fish high in omega-3 fatty acids, such as sardines, mackerel, , tuna. It contains Omega-3 fatty acids that can help with asthma.
5. When having asthma, try drinking hard coffee or black coffee. Caffeine is like theophylline drug that opens up the lungs.
6. Avoid soft drinks and seasoning. It can cause asthma, especially in children.
7. Beware of freezing or extremely hot weather. It may trigger asthma. The temperature should be moderate.
8. Exercise 3-5 times per week. Try to strengthen your arms, chest and back to strengthen your breathing muscles. You can also go swimming.
9. Use the stomach to breathe. Breathing is two ways. The first is the use of the chest. The second and more effective is the use of the stomach (diaphragm or abdominal breathing). Lie down on the bed and place your hand on your stomach. When you inhale (inhale), you should raise your hand to your stomach but not your chest. This breath will fill your lungs with more air.
10. Always wash your hands. Avoid viruses and bacteria. When you have a cold and cough, an asthma attack can accompany it.
11. Use Air-condition if you have money. Air Filter is also available.
12. If your asthma attacks are frequent, see a doctor right away. Some people are disgraced because their feelings are neglected. There are medications (salbutamol tablets and inhalers) that can help control your asthma. Nebulizers also help to relax your breathing.
