Does Your Knee Sick so Much?

Does Your Knee Sick so Much?

Knee pain is felt by many people. It usually starts at age 40 and up. The leading cause of knee pain is arthritis, an aging disease.

If you are overweight, your knee will hurt earlier. If you are also overworked, such as runners, kickboxers or basketball players, your knees can be strengthened.

What To Avoid?

• Do not lift heavy objects. If you have something to lift, ask a companion for only half the weight.

• Do not always go up and down stairs. There is a lot of stress on the knee when using the ladder.

• Do not stand or walk for long periods of time. Sit back occasionally and relax. The knees relax when we sit down.

• Do not wear high heels. I know a woman is sexier when she wears high heels, but it also puts a lot of stress on our knees.

• Do not kneel on the floor. It hurts the knee. When you are at church, use a soft mattress for your knees.

What to Do?

• If you are overweight, you need to lose weight. Because your knees can't handle the weight of your stomach!

• Buy rubber shoes or soft shoes. Wear thick slippers. This will help keep the knee from shaking.

• Strengthen the muscles in our thighs. There are exercises for it. Can be stationary bike or bending exercise slightly (Half squat and not full squat.). Excessive knee flexion beyond 90 degrees is bad.

• When the knee heats up during long walks, a cold bag or cold compress can be applied.

• Strengthen bones. Drink skim milk (milk) with a lot of calcium. For women, also take calcium supplements.

• If knee pain does not go away, consult an orthopedic surgeon or rheumatologist.

• The benefits of Glucosamine and chondroitin tablets are uncertain. This supplement may reduce the pain of our knees and joints. Ask your doctor.

• Note:

Take care and take care of the knee. Do not force and strain at work. Rest the knee so we can lower it.
