Possible Causes of Abdominal Disease

7. Kidney infection - When there is a pains in the stomach and your urinary tract is infected, you may have a urinary tract infection or kidney stones. Check urinalysis to find out the disease.
8. Uterine or ovarian disease - When your baby and uterus get sick, your problem may be in the ovary and uterus. It can be dysmennorhea (pain when menstruation is near), ovarian cyst (ovarian tumor) or myoma.
