With High Blood: Avoid Alcohol and Salt
To be healthy, let's practice reducing salt intake. This is the advice of experts.
Too much salt can cause too much salt in the food. You can get sick like high blood pressure, heart failure, heart disease, kidney disease and leg pain.
When there is a lot of salt in the body, the kidneys (kidneys) cannot release excess water in the body. It causes high blood pressure which can lead to stroke and heart attack (stroke and heart attack).
Tips to reduce salt (or sodium) in the body, try this:
1. A normal diet contains 7-15 grams of salt per day. In those with high blood pressure, it should be lowered to 2 grams of sodium per day only.
2. Do not add salt to your diet. What is the mixture, that is all to eat.
3. If you like instant noodles, put only half seasoning (in the package). Also do not consume the broth because it contains all the salt.
4. Limit or avoid eating salty gossip such as potato chips, chicharon, nuts and cornicks.
5. Reduce eating dry, moaning, bloated and freshly spilled because it is very salty. Vegetables, fruits and grilled fish are optional.
6. Reduce the use of salt, soy sauce, fish sauce, anchovies and chicken in cooking or as a sauce.
7. Just make vinegar and lime instead of sauce.
8. Instead of marinated chicken, you can also use "sweet and sour sauce" in chicken.
Note: Let's choose non-salty foods. In the long run, our taste buds will also get used to healthy eating. That is the secret to keeping us healthy.
