Proper Drinking of Water
Did you know that drinking water is right and wrong? Yes. In fact, our body is made up of 80% water. Here are tips on drinking water.
1. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. If the heart is old or weak, only 4 or 5 glasses of water can be used. Do not exceed 16 glasses of water a day as our blood may become too thin.
2. Drink only a small amount of water. Only about 3 or 4 swallows. Do not suddenly drink 2 glasses of water especially if you are old because your heart may drown. Drinking small amounts is also a good antidote to stomach acidity because it cleans the stomach acid.
3. When you wake up in the morning, drink a glass of water. This is because we are dehydrated or dehydrated in the morning. It also cleanses our kidneys and bladder.
4. For those with kidney stones, or kidney stones, you need to drink water before going to bed at night. This is to prevent kidney stones from forming at night.
5. Drink more water while exercising. When you sweat a lot, you need to drink 1 glass of water every 30 minutes of exercise. Eat bananas so that potassium does not drop in the blood.
6. If your throat is dry, have a cold or cough, drink more water to dilute and expel sputum.
7. For those who are breastfeeding, drink plenty of water for you and your baby. According to the Mayo Clinic in America, newborns need 12 or 13 glasses of water throughout the day while breastfeeding.
8. Make sure your water is clean and safe. Do not take risks because dirty water can cause typhoid fever and gastroenteritis.
9. Water beautifies our skin. When you are dehydrated, your skin will wrinkle. But if you have enough water, your complexion will be smooth and soft.
10. A tip: Look at the color of the urine to see if we are dehydrated or not. When your urine turns yellow or orange, you need to drink water.
11. If you do not like water, you can also eat a lot of watermelon which is full of water and still contains vitamins
