5. Choose a positive friend. There are people who have good personalities and give us energy. Avoid people who are depressed, angry with the world and those who are always in trouble.


6. Try to turn off the television and open the book. There are times when television makes us lazy. If you want to have fun, read a book. Reading a book gives more energy because our imagination works.


7. Listen to your body. This is very important advice. Our body has cycles (circadian rhythms). There are times when we are strong and there are times when we are weak. Sometimes we are happy and sometimes we are sad. That is normal. If you are tired then rest. Do not force the body.


8. Take multivitamins. For people who are on a diet or do not have a complete diet, taking vitamins can help. Sometimes we lack fruits and vegetables. Multivitamins can make up for our lack of diet.


9. Quit smoking and drinking alcohol. The pleasure that smoking brings is short-lived. Eventually you will still lose because your lungs will be damaged. When this happens, you will have difficulty getting oxygen to the body. Alcohol also reduces energy. You still have a hang-over.


10. Say "No." People are ashamed to refuse a friend. As a result, we are often abused. Even if we can no longer afford our time, funds and body, we will still allow what we are asked to do.
