When Full, Do Not Sleep

When Full, Do Not Sleep

Do not sleep with a bow. You may get sick. I should have stopped eating after 7 pm. For the stomach has time to digest what you eat.

It is difficult for our stomach, liver, pancreas and heart to work because of sleep while full. The body organs are more accustomed to functioning when we are awake. When they fall asleep, they seem to be too lazy to work. The body has a so-called "circadian rhythm" in digesting food.

Possible bow to sleep:

1. When you are always full, you will probably gain weight and your waist will widen.

2. Stomach ache due to gastric reflux (GERD). When you lie down, your esophagus may rise to the esophagus. It can be irritating and it hurts.

3. Chest palpitations due to palpitations. When the stomach is full or airy, it can affect the vagus nerve and cause palpitations. You will notice that this often happens when you are full or stressed.

4. It is possible to cause a stroke according to a study.

5. It is possible for the pancreas or pancreas to swell. Acute pancreatitis is caused by excessive alcohol consumption and the presence of gallstones. Some say that eating too much fat and sweets can also damage the pancreas. It is best to eat slowly, and avoid alcohol.

Here is our advice:

1. Do not be satiated. Eat 5-6 times a day, but only sparingly. A banana, apple or pan-de-sal can be used as a snack. In this way, nutrition slowly enters the body. It is more comfortable with the organs of our body.

2. Wait 3 hours after eating at night before bed. Can stand or walk for 10-15 minutes to help digest food in the stomach. Gravity helps to reduce what we eat. Do not immediately sit or sleep.
