Acute pancreatitis is the inflammation of our pancreas. The job of the pancreas is to produce juices to digest what we eat. In one day, the pancreas produces about 8 glasses of pancreatic juice.
There are two causes of acute pancreatitis:
(1) overeating and
(2) excessive alcohol consumption. When we eat too much, our pancreas will have difficulty.

The symptom of Acute pancreatitis is severe abdominal pain, which affects our back. If you feel this way, go to the hospital immediately.
How to prevent Acute pancreatitis?
1. Eat 5-6 times a day but only slightly. This schedule can help with the slow digestion of what we eat. For diabetics, your blood sugar will not rise too much. For a snack, it can be just a banana or an apple. For dinner, you can have only half a cup of rice, broth, and a dish. You will not get fat here because you eat very little.
2. Walk 20 minutes after eating. Do not sleep immediately! When you eat too much and suddenly fall asleep, your pancreas may get angry. He will say, "Just eat food, then you will not help me digest food." You may have nightmare syndrome.
3. When drinking alcohol, put food on your stomach first and drink water. Alcohol is bad when the stomach is empty. It can damage our liver and pancreas.
In fact, it is better to avoid alcohol as well. Water is the best drink for our health.
